Connect with us today

genU Employment Pathways coordinators exist just for you – to help match your skills and abilities to a job.

How do we do it? So glad you asked!

  1. We match you with a coordinator who will help you build your skills.
  2. We support you to achieve the goals you’ve set — whether it’s learning to take public transport, gaining money-handling skills, or gaining a work placement.

The Employment Pathways program suits a range of people, including:

  • School leavers
  • Work-ready adults
  • Non-work ready adults

If you have a disability and aren’t eligible for Disability Employment Services (DES), we’ll help you kickstart your employment journey.

Our team is here to support you online as well as offline. Our staff are running innovative and interactive daily online sessions to continue helping you to build your employability skills.

Contact us to find out more.

If you are eligible for DES, you can find meaningful work with MatchWorks, our recruitment platform connecting you to employers.
